Irony in action

Two years, one month and a couple of days ago, when M was still being breast fed, I posted this Venn diagram of things my (other) children would eat.

Now M is (nearly) two and a half.  He'll eat many things: cornichons, olives and curried lentil soup included.

What he will not eat, however, are fish fingers.

    1. He *took* the cornichons. Off B's plate, as I remember.

    2. I'm not sure I even know what they are. Gherkiny-type things, I think.

    3. Very small gherkins. Nicer than gherkins though (which I don't really like). And only really nice when eaten in France. As so many things are.

    1. I only do that with eggs. And only two variations. There's invariably one who's not happy....

  4. There are 3 in my house. All of an age where we should behave better. We have had 3 different meats with our roast dinner because we will not agree on 1 we will all eat!

  5. Damn! Oh how frustrating! I have a child who's favourite foods are prawns and chilli squid. And another who likes plain pasta and roast dinners. At least I only have 2 so only one person at a time is unhappy about their dinner!

I know. I'm sorry. I hate these word recognition, are you a robot, guff things too, but having just got rid of a large number of ungrammatical and poorly spelt adverts for all sorts of things I don't want, and especially don't want on my blog, I'm hoping that this will mean that only lovely people, of the actually a person variety, will comment.

So please do. Comments are great...
